Please note that the issue had been identified and a fix was applied on our provider's side. The Buy/Sell process has been restored and delayed orders were processed.

The money related to the sell orders was credited in the Primary Pocket of your Plum account.

We would like to once again apologize for the inconvenience we have caused with the delay.

Investigating
We are currently investigating a delay in the estimated arrival of some investment withdrawals (Sell Order) and deposits (Buy Orders).

We have been doing our best to restore the buy/sell order process, however, there was a system failure on one of our partners' sides, beyond our control.

Rest assured that your funds are safe in the meantime - the process will resume soon. Our Tech Team is working on it and we will notify our customers as soon as we get an update.
